Deep Clean Instructions: Fridge-Microwave Combo
If you purchased the Return Cleaning Service, you're all set—no additional cleaning is needed. If you did not purchase the service, please follow the steps below to return your unit in storage-ready condition and avoid the $50 cleaning fee.
⚠️ Important Cleaning Warning: Never use bleach or harsh chemical cleaners. These products can permanently damage the unit's gaskets, surfaces, and exterior finish. Use only mild cleaning solutions, disinfecting wipes, or warm soapy water.

- Dry: Dry all freezer surfaces completely to prevent mold or moisture issues during storage.
Microwave Cleaning Steps

- Tip: For stubborn residue, heat a cup of water for 3 minutes to loosen debris before wiping.
- Turntable: Clean the glass turntable and support ring separately. Dry fully before reinstalling.
- Door & Frame: Clean the microwave door interior, glass, and the perimeter frame.
- Vents & Latches: Clean the vent area and all small crevices around the door latch and edges.
Exterior Cleaning Steps
Note: Use only mild, non-abrasive products on the exterior. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Microwave Exterior: Clean the control panel, keypad, sides, and top of the microwave using a damp cloth.
- Full Body Wipe: Wipe down the entire exterior of the unit (front, sides, and top) to remove fingerprints, dust, and smudges.
- Trim & Edges: Clean around all edges, seams, and trim. Pay special attention to the area underneath the microwave where it meets the fridge.

- Power Cord: Wipe the power cord from top to bottom to remove dust and debris.
- Bottom Lip: Clean underneath the front lip of the unit (just above floor level) where dust commonly collects.
