Yes. We deliver the unit directly to your room and pick it up from your room at the end of the term.

Orders received before July 31st are delivered to the student's room prior to move-in (excluding early arrivals or late room changes). For orders placed after July 31st, we still attempt to deliver on the school's earliest scheduled date. If that date has passed, we deliver as soon as possible, typically within one week of the order. We may coordinate directly with the resident for late-order scheduling.

Delivery dates are determined by school access to residence halls. We generally deliver a few days before standard move-in. While we try to coordinate with schools for early arrivals, we cannot accommodate every individual circumstance. To maximize the chance of delivery before an early arrival, please order by July 31st.

If that date has passed, delivery typically occurs within one week of your order. For late orders, we may contact you directly to coordinate scheduling.

Units are picked up directly from the student's room at the end of the rental term. This date is coordinated with the school. Pickup instructions and schedules will be emailed before the term ends and posted in your My Account dashboard.
