Every college partnership is different. Pricing depends on:
- Your school — Each school has its own negotiated rental rate
- Rental term — Fall Semester, Spring Semester, and Academic Year each have different pricing
- Product selection — The bundle and add-ons you choose affect your total

How to See Your Price
Step 1: Find Your School's Page
Go to gobreez.com and find the page for your school. This is important — your school's page shows the specific products, bundles, and pricing available to your campus.
Step 2: Select Your Product Bundle
Choose the rental bundle that fits your needs. Options vary by school, but common bundles include:
- Fridge-Microwave Combo — Our most popular option, designed for dorm use with a single plug
- BRAND NEW Fridge-Microwave Combo — A never-before-rented unit with built-in SmokeSensor technology and USB charging
Step 3: Choose Your Rental Term
Select how long you need the rental:
- Fall Semester — Covers the fall term only
- Spring Semester — Covers the spring term only
- Academic Year — Covers both fall and spring semesters (typically the best value)
Step 4: Add Optional Extras
During the product selection flow, you can customize your order with optional add-ons:
Protection Plans:
- All-Inclusive Warranty — Covers accidental damage and missing parts, so you avoid replacement costs if something goes wrong (see Terms of Service for current amounts)
- Return Cleaning Service — We clean the unit at the end of your rental so you don't have to (avoids the cleaning fee charged for units returned uncleaned)
Product Add-Ons:

- Digital Safe — Secure storage for valuables
Step 5: Review Your Total
At checkout, you'll see a complete breakdown of your total including:
- Base rental cost for your selected bundle and term
- Any add-ons you selected
- Taxes and fees (6% of the order — 3% sales tax + 3% processing fee)
Tips for the Best Price
- Order as early as you can — many schools offer an early-bird rate, and earlier orders also get earlier delivery
- Always use your school's page — prices, available products, and any early-bird deadline are specific to your campus, so it's the only place to see what applies to you
- Consider the Academic Year term if you need a rental for both semesters — it's typically more cost-effective than renting separately for each semester
- Split the cost with your roommate using Venmo, PayPal, or similar apps (we accept one payment per unit)

"Why does the price I see differ from what I expected?" Prices can vary by school and academic term, and some discounts only apply to certain bundles or ordering windows. Always make sure you're on your school's specific page.
"Can I get a discount or promo code?" For questions about promotions, loyalty discounts, or special pricing, email support@gobreez.com with your name, school, and details. These requests receive priority handling from our team.
"What happens to bundle pricing if I cancel part of my order?" If you cancel individual items from a bundle after delivery, the remaining items revert to standalone pricing. This may reduce your refund amount since bundle discounts no longer apply.
