1. Product Maintenance & Use

Breez maintains rental products in good condition, covering repairs for non-misuse-related malfunctions. Customers bear responsibility for damage during the rental period.

2. Delivery & Installation

All Products will be delivered directly to your on-campus residence by the expected delivery date provided by your school, when possible. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Room Changes & Relocations

Customers must notify Breez 24 hours before relocating units. Self-moves are permitted (except BedLofts), but unauthorized relocations incur a $50 fee.

4. Returns, Cleaning & Parts

Multiple fees apply:

  • $50 for late returns
  • $50 for unreported room changes
  • $50 for uncleaned fridges
  • Up to $50 for missing parts (each)

Units not retrieved after two attempts are billed at full replacement cost.

5. Pick-Up Policy

Return instructions are emailed; customers must leave units in rooms for scheduled pickup, typically within two weeks before exams.

6. Damage & Replacement Fees

Customers reimburse for damage beyond normal wear, with replacement costs ranging from $250–$750.

7. DIP Fee (Delivery, Installation, Pickup)

This non-refundable fee equals 50% of rental cost within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Refund Policy

  • The 50% DIP fee is non-refundable after delivery
  • The remaining 50% receives prorated refunds based on timing

9. All-Inclusive Warranty (Optional)

Covers:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse of covered components (shelves, door bars, microwave plates/rings, legs, brackets, knobs)

Does NOT Cover:

  • Lost or stolen units
  • Improper returns
  • Aesthetic imperfections

10. Return Cleaning Service (Optional)

Additional fees up to $50 apply if basic fridge cleaning steps aren't followed.

Cleaning Requirements:

  • Empty all contents
  • Defrost freezer
  • Wipe interior surfaces
  • Remove all personal items

11. Risk & Liability Waiver

Users assume all risk. AE Rentals, LLC and your educational institution shall not be liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages from product use.

12. Privacy Policy

Personal data is collected and protected per the Breez Privacy Policy.

13. User Interaction Tracking

Breez employs tracking technology including session replay for site optimization.
