Managing room relocations and transferring your rental to others.

  • I cannot enter my room info because it is on the Ground (G) or Terrace (T) level.

    Please enter "0" for the floor. For example, if your room is G01, enter 001.

  • What if my room assignment changes before or after delivery?

    Before Delivery (no delivery date scheduled yet):

    If you need to add or update your delivery information and no delivery date has been scheduled:

    • Log in at gobreez.com -> My Account
    • Find your order and look for the "Delivery Information" section
    • Click "Edit" to enter or update your residence hall and room number

    Before Delivery (delivery date already scheduled):

    If a delivery date has already been scheduled, you cannot edit delivery information directly. Instead:

    • Create a support ticket through My Account, OR
    • Email support@gobreez.com with your order number and new address

    After Delivery:

    If you need to move your rental to a new room after it's been delivered:

    • Log in at gobreez.com -> My Account
    • Click "Request a relocation" next to your order
    • Choose your relocation method (self-service or assisted)
    • Submit your request

    Important: You must notify Breez at least 24 hours before moving your rental. Unauthorized relocations (moving without submitting a request) incur a $50 fee.

  • How do I move my fridge if I change rooms?

    You have two options, both available through My Account:

    Option A: Self-Service (FREE)

    • Move the unit yourself to your new room
    • Submit a relocation request to update our records
    • Best for short-distance moves within the same building

    Option B: Assisted Relocation ($50)

    • Our team picks up the fridge and delivers it to your new room
    • Best for moves between buildings or when you can't transport it yourself
    • We'll coordinate the pickup/delivery schedule with you

  • What's the difference between self-service and assisted relocation?

    Self-Service (FREE): You physically move the unit yourself and submit a request to update your address in our system. Best for short-distance moves.

    Assisted Relocation ($50): Our team handles the physical move-picking up from your current room and delivering to your new location. Best for moves between buildings or when you can't transport it yourself.

  • How long does a relocation take to process?
    • Self-service requests: Usually processed within 1-2 business days
    • Assisted relocations: We'll contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule the pickup and delivery

  • What if I moved without notifying Breez?

    Moving your unit without submitting a relocation request is considered an unauthorized relocation and incurs a $50 fee. To avoid this fee, always submit a relocation request through My Account before moving your unit, even for self-service moves.

  • Can I transfer my rental to someone else?

    Yes! If you're leaving campus but want to help a friend or roommate, you can transfer your rental at no cost to either party. The new renter takes over your rental for the remainder of the term.

    To start a transfer:

    • Log in at gobreez.com -> My Account
    • Click "Transfer your rental" next to your order
    • Copy the transfer link and share it with the recipient
    • The recipient opens the link, provides their information, and accepts

    The recipient pays nothing-a 100% discount is automatically applied to their new order.

  • Who can I transfer to?

    The recipient must be a student at the same school as your original order. They'll receive the rental at your current residence hall and room, but can request a relocation after the transfer is complete if they need to move it.

  • Does the transfer link expire?

    Yes, transfer links expire after 3 days. If it expires before the recipient accepts, you can generate a new link at any time from your My Account dashboard.
